Below are links to two sample syllabi from my freshman composition classes. One syllabus details how students go about completing assignments in the traditional sense, i.e. turning in paper copies of their major assignments and homework. The other syllabus explains how I operate in a paperless classroom where students turn in and retrieve their annotated assignments via a class website such as a Blackboard shell. I generally prefer a paperless classroom, but I understand that not every student will have the means to access the internet at home.
